Let Only Service

If you prefer to be hands on in the management of your property, we offer a Let Only Service. We will carry out a rent appraisal as well carry out viewings and tenant selection. Also included in this service is a credit and reference checks.

Full Property Management Service

However, if you are based overseas or would just prefer to leave the management of your property to the professionals, we also offer a Full Property Management Service.

This service, in addition to our Let Only Service, includes rent collection, arrangement of maintenance and repair, regular property inspections and security deposit management.

Freehold Management Service

We also offer a Freehold Management Service. We will help you to ensure that rights and obligations under your lease are fulfilled with the minimum of fuss.
